ABOUT THIS SPEAKER
Jennifer Broxterman is a Canadian Registered Dietitian & Sports Nutritionist. She’s a successful entrepreneur and founder of NutritionRx, offering in-person and online nutrition coaching that encourages people to build a happy and healthy relationship with food through habits-based behavior change. She’s worked with thousands of clients over the past 10 years, ranging from everyday folks to professional athletes like NHL hockey players and Olympic athletes, supporting their healthy eating and performance goals.
Jennifer has worked as a Foods and Nutrition university professor at Western University, winning the esteemed Excellence in Teaching Award. She’s also a nutrition content writer for Precision Nutrition, and the nutrition course creator for Prosper Nutrition Coaching’s Nutrition + Business Course.
She brings her athletic background as a dual varsity athlete (hockey and rowing), along with her experience of being a 4x Regional CrossFit athlete to her love for coaching a healthy lifestyle to others.
