She has developed effective methods for curating physical, social, mental, and digital environments that are conducive to making the healthy choice, the easy choice.
She is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Habit Coach Professionals, a consulting and education company aiming to bring Behavioral Science strategies into health and fitness coaching spaces, as well as the Owner and Chief Life Optimizer of Vitality Central, and online and onsite fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching company based in Austin, Texas.
